Terms of Service

The following is an agreement between You (the person or authorized representative of an entity) and Factorem Ferox Design Studio ("Factorem Ferox"). By placing an order you are acknowledging this agreement in its entirety.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time I need to prepare an order before shipping. All non-customized orders have a 3-5 business day processing unless you are otherwise notified. Processing time excludes weekends and all major US Holidays.

Customized Orders = Custom items that require a proof process in 3-5 business days.

If an item is purchased with a request to have it sooner than the current processing time without prior conversation, Factorem Ferox reserves the right to refund and cancel the order if it is not something that can be accommodated.

Digital Files Delivery

Non-customized digital files will be available after purchase and will be delivered via secure e-mail. Customized files will be delivered via e-mail based on the

Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order via email jennifer@factoremferox.com. 

Cancellation is not guaranteed depending on the product. Factorem Ferox works with outside production companies and cancellation is not typically possible.

Returns or Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is damage that occurred during shipping (pictures of damage is required). There are no returns or exchanges accepted on personalized items or items that state within the description the sale is final.

Return to Sender

If an order is marked as "return to sender" without a previous agreement between You and Factorem Ferox a refund is not guaranteed.

 Incorrect Address Provided at Checkout

Once you have noticed that the address listed for the shipping address is incorrect, please email jennifer@factoremferox.com right away.

If the address submitted during checkout is incorrect and the package is delivered to the incorrect address, there will be no refunds. You are responsible for checking the shipping address provided.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. These orders include items with specific names, dates, and numbers added to them.

There are certain listings that will come with the option to see proofs, but these are provided after purchase - there are no exceptions to this. Please read all listings carefully to ensure You know whether or not a proof will be provided. 

Proofs will be sent from jennifer@factoremferox.com within the timeframe indicated within the product description.

Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee

For designs that require proof approval there must be a response from the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the proof to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If no response is given after 24 hours a follow-up email will be sent. If no response is received 24 hours after the 2nd attempt, the order will be completed minus the custom item and the item will be refunded minus 25% of item cost. If custom item is the only purchased item, all money minus 25% will be refunded.

Amount not included in refund will be credited back to customer if customer chooses to repurchase same item with the same details on a future date when they are able to approve proofs within the given timeframe.

Sales and Discounts

DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE COMBINED. Discount codes are provided at Factorem Ferox's discretion. When You receive a discount code, the discount code is always a one-time use and there are certain listings that are restricted from using coupon (ex: bulk sticker listings). The restriction will be clearly indicated within the description.

You are responsible for applying discount codes when checking out. There will be no refund applied after the order has been processed if You have forgotten to use the discount code.

When sales are ran, they do not apply to any past orders. Sales apply only to orders placed during the time the sale is running.

There will be no honoring of past sales

Discounts received through Etsy prior to June 2020 will not be honored.

Website Rewards Program

The rewards program is only valid on orders placed on the standalone website. Any order placed on Etsy does not quality for the rewards program.

You must be signed up for the rewards program before any purchase in order to qualify to receive points.

Points received cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.

Rewards program can be changed or ended at any time without any notice.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Factorem Ferox is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Where's my Package?

All orders are given tracking numbers when shipped. Once Factorem Ferox has marked the item as shipped and it is handed over to the USPS Factorem Ferox is unable to control the speed in which is arrives to the final destination.

Factorem Ferox DOES NOT guarantee any delivery dates no matter the shipping speed chosen. The post office will provide a delivery date once the package is in their possession, but that is an ESTIMATE and is not guaranteed by USPS.

Any order that is sent back to seller will require buyer to pay to reship the item. Free shipping only applies to first shipment.

If your order is scheduled to ship on a US Holiday when the post office is closed, your order will ship the next business day.

The US Postal Service (USPS) does not consider a package missing until it has been un-scanned for 30 days. Customers are welcome to file a missing mail piece claim through the USPS website if they feel the package has been delayed longer than they'd prefer: https://missingmail.usps.com

Complications With Order Delivery

If your order is marked as delivered, but you do not have the order buyer must notify me within 2 business days of order being marked delivered to begin the process to attempt to locate the package.

The post office is able to provide GPS coordinates of where the items was delivered and this should be obtained to determine if the package was correctly delivered or not. At times, it is also appropriate to file a police report for theft if order is marked as delivered and GPS coordinates show item was correctly delivered, but the item has not shown after 2 to 3 business days. Seller reserves the right to decide whether to refund or replace order based on each circumstance.

If Route Package Protection is not chosen during checkout, Factorem Ferox reserves the right to refuse to replace lost or stolen packages.


The designs created by Factorem Ferox is the property of Purple Carrot Designs, LLC DBA Factorem Ferox and will retain the rights to these designs.

If the design qualifies for commercial use, it will be clearly detailed in the listing. A copy of the Digital File License agreement will be provided with every digital item. You are responsible for reading and understanding the agreement in its entirety before purchase.

Designs are not to be resold, altered, shared, uploaded to the web or claimed as your own.

All designs created by Factorem Ferox is the property of Purple Carrot Designs, LLC.

Improper Care By Buyer

If an item is damaged because of improper use the item cannot be exchanged or refunded. Use includes any personalization done to the item after You have received the product.

Care instructions are clearly stated within the product description and will be provided with purchased item. You are responsible for following the care instructions as indicated in the product description.
