How to Customize
• If you wish to customize the wording of the care instructions you my do so through the customization box on the listings.
• Proof of customized design will be sent 1-2 days after purchase.
• Proof must be approved within 24 hours. If the proof is not approved the order may fall under the Custom Design Restocking/No Response Fee

Due to computer and cell phone screen color differences, colors of physical stickers may look slightly different than what appears on your screen.
Matte or glossy vinyl: The material is waterproof and scratch resistant. Vinyl is permanent adhesive vinyl and is not meant to be removed once applied to a surface.

Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee
For designs that require proof approval there must be a response from the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the proof to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If no response is given after 24 hours a follow-up email will be sent. If no response is received 24 hours after the 2nd attempt, the order will be completed minus the custom item and the item will be refunded minus 25% of item cost. If custom item is the only purchased item, all money minus 25% will be refunded.
Amount not included in refund will be credited back to customer if customer chooses to repurchase same item with the same details on a future date when they are able to approve proofs within the given timeframe.
